Not surprisingly, congress (assuming because of lobbyists) have gone to the aid of large banks and large businesses but actually small banks which are the employment engine of small businesses are left to compete with large business and large banks that have been boosted by tax payer dollars. Unemployment will continue to be high and corporate profits high until the large corps stop getting boosted by tax payers.
